WHAT IS 'ORGANIC'?

Basically, Organic is something free from any chemicals, not artificially made and free from side effects. In Hindi we called it 'Ayurveda'. It is believed that Ayurveda is about 5000 years old. And it is practiced and continued till date.
 
We know that anything made of 'ORGANIC' is very very good..... 🙂🙂


 
Organic Cosmetics and Products

Organic beauty products or Ayurvedic Or Herbal Products we always thought of whenever we visit a shop. We almost haunt for a Paraben free, SLS/SLES free, Sulphate Free Cosmetics. Before some years ago i too didnt know actually what is all that chemicals all about. But slowly and steadily i too became an expert in the range of Products which should be free from all the beauty products.
 


 So What is the chemicals is all about? 

•  Parabens-   

Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, and Ethylparaben. Read it, Note it, Learn it and Share it....... all these 4 parabens. 😟😟

 Most of the Beauty and Hair products have Parabens. So the safer way too buy always to check the   back of the container or bottle for the ingredients list. Yesssss........... i always, always do that. 😎😎

Parabens are use as just like formaldehyde as a preservative, so that it cannot form any bacteria/fungus. Some researchers found that parabens, which have a weak ability to mimic estrogen, have been found in breast cancer and Tumors. It is harmful in a Pregnancy too. Parabens also harmful for male where it is found that it can cause adverse effect on testosterone.

• Silicone- 

If you do see ingredients like dimethiconol, amodimethicone, or lauryl methicone copolyol then your product definitely contains silicones.
 

We always want soft smooth frizz free hair, and we buy Shampoos/Conditioners which written ' X brand Makes your hair Soft/ Smooth/Silky'. But ever thought of what is the core ingredients for your so called shampoo doing softening your hair? Yes, because it has Silicone, which vigorously helps in scalp build up. But not all silicone is not bad specially Water soluble silicones, they wash off with water. But non soluble which need help from sulfate shampoos to wash off can be harmful.

•  Sulfate- 

Found in shampoos so that it can lather,cleanse. Sulfate is actually found in Detergents and dishwashers. It can strip away all your natural oil from your hair making frizzy.

Two common sulfate are:-
Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES).

  
Organic Farming

Organic farming is a method of harvest plants without pesticides, chemical fertilizers and injecting growth hormones to plants.

Not only you get your own organic crops from your balcony/terrace/gardens/farm but you cant even deny that it is one of the favorite pass time that anyone can get. You can get each and every thing from your own land.

If anyone ask what is my favorite organic plant i always say an 'ALOEVERA' plant. You can use everyday aloevera gel without depending on shops and but that also contains chemicals 😖😖
